Develop S.M.A.R.T. Goals that will help you work towards your desired direction:
S - specific, significant, stretching.
M - measurable, meaningful, motivational.
A - agreed upon, attainable, achievable, acceptable, action-oriented.
R - realistic, relevant, reasonable, rewarding, results-oriented
T - time-based, time-bound, timely, tangible, trackable
Now place whatever it is you want to accomplish above these letters and begin to tackle that goal! Forget about the fear of failure and begin to take steps towards it.
